                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM JOHN G. ALBRIGHT AND
                   CATHY W. ALBRIGHT RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   73A, BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS, TRACT NO.
                   101, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF TWO
                   THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from John G. Albright and Cathy
       W. Albright relative to Contract No. 73A, Big Ridge Collector
       Sewers, Tract No. 101, for a total consideration of Two Thousand
       Dollars ($2,000.00).
